epic’s young business programme
EPIC’s Young Business Programme is the perfect way for budding entrepreneurs to be able to launch or develop their existing business idea in a three month period.
What’s in the programme
The structured programme is a combination of technical masterclasses, presentations and targeted support for you and your business.
With the support of the EPIC team and mentors you will attend a series of Masterclasses, which guide you through the essentials to help get you started.
1. Masterclasses
Delivered by experts and those with knowledge on the subject-matter, you’ll kick off with classes on Project & Business Planning, which will then lead into specific workshops on topics like Marketing, Financial Planning, Trademarking, Legal and Tax.
Finally, there will be a Masterclass specifically chosen to align with your needs. Additionally you will be given practical work to do that will go towards your business launch.
2. Mentor for support
Alongside the Masterclasses, we provide mentors with experience that aligns to your goals – chosen from our pool of Mentors who come from an array of backgrounds both internal and external to the company. They are specialists in their field that will be able to help guide you and support you during your time on the EPIC programme.
They will support you through your Masterclasses, practical work and any other areas you may need help in before you can launch your business at the end of the 3 months.
3. Funding
We also offer access to funding, based on the requirements outlined in your business plan, which can go towards covering costs like purchasing web domain names, marketing and equipment.
4. Project Plan
At the end of the 3 months, you will be in a position to launch your business and start your entrepreneurial career with a clear Project Plan you can use to manage all of your business and entrepreneurial work, during the EPIC Young Business Programme and beyond!
